Tasmanian blackcurrant fruit powder originates from blackcurrants cultivated in the picturesque Derwent Valley of Tasmania, once renowned as 'the old hop fields'. Derived from the revered "White Bud" blackcurrant variety, this fruit powder offers a unique blend of flavours. Despite its modest yield, the "White Bud" variety boasts a naturally high sugar content and a delightful tartness derived from its elevated acidity levels.

Moor of a liquid than gel texture compared to most gels on the market. Tart from the raspberry with a touch of salt to balance it out. Good aftertaste with no lingering stickiness or sweetness.

Made from the premium Willamette variety of raspberries, these slightly tart and juicy raspberries are a delicate fruit with a relatively short shelf life so we freeze-dry them locally to lock in all the goodness.
